Ravens Make Quick Work of Steelers in AFC Wildcard

Saturday night, the Baltimore Ravens made quick work of the Pittsburgh Steelers. I think most folks believed this would be a pretty evenly matched contest. Nope. Not for the most part.

I was very impressed with Russell Wilson. This is the first time that I’ve said that, since he was back in Seattle. He looked calm, he looked collected and he looked like an actual quarterback. With Najee Harris by his side… and receiving TDs from George Pickens & Van Jefferson… it looked like they might be able to keep pace.

Lamar Jackson had a solid day with 16/21 for 2 TDs with no INTs. He also had 81 rushing yards. Derrick Henry was astounding with 186 yards rushing and 2 TDs on the ground. Henry spent the night rushing like a tank through a meadow. The Steelers defense wasn’t quite providing much resistance.

Ultimately… Ravens 28, Steelers 14.

Baltimore Ravens will advance to the AFC Divisional Round.
